What you will do

• Concepting formats and storytelling for brands, campaigns and events
• Content production: shooting, light sets, basic audio, editing and final outputs
• Operational direction of micro-shoots (running order, framing, timing, deliverables)
• Content optimisation for performance (hook, pacing, retention, CTA)
• Management of deliveries, versions, formats and quality standards
• Presence on set/at events when needed (Palermo and short trips)
