Open position: Project Manager Associate

TALIA is looking for a Project Delivery Lead (Senior) on a project basis

What you will do

End-to-end project management (scope, timeline, budget, delivery, quality)
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and priority management (design, content, dev, ads, events)
Main client contact: alignment, expectation management, decisions
Operational planning (roadmap, sprint/weekly planning, risks and dependencies)
Output quality control and delivery standards, management of revisions and change requests
Delivery KPI reporting and support for process improvement
Building projects
Quotation support
Monitoring
End-to-end project management (scope, timeline, budget, delivery, quality)
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and priority management (design, content, dev, ads, events)
Main client contact: alignment, expectation management, decisions
Operational planning (roadmap, sprint/weekly planning, risks and dependencies)
Output quality control and delivery standards, management of revisions and change requests
Delivery KPI reporting and support for process improvement
Management of projects with the Public Administration and institutional stakeholders: governance, technical working groups, alignment with officials/offices, approval processes and cross-sector coordination
Production and management of “institutional” documentation (minutes, operational notes, reports, progress statements (SAL), decision tracking) with attention to transparency and auditability
Handling of formal communication and channels (PEC/email, internal protocols, requests for additional information, official deliveries) and management of administrative deadlines
Project compliance support when requested (GDPR, accessibility, reporting requirements, guidelines and standards required by the institution)
