Samurai Jay at Sicilia Outlet Village: the first big live show of the summer

About 4,000 people, a packed Piazza Eventi and the energy of Samurai Jay to open the season of big events at Sicilia Outlet Village.

For TALIA it was also the first event of the new collaboration dedicated to media production, with a team made up of project manager, social media manager, photographer and videographer.

Telling everything that happens around the stage

Our work did not stop at the performance.

We followed the event through photos, video and social content, covering the audience, the atmosphere, the backstage and the whole organisational machine that makes a big live show possible.

To amplify the story of the evening further, we also involved creators and influencers, inviting them to experience the event and to share it through their own channels.

A way to extend the experience beyond Piazza Eventi and reach different communities.

Behind a big event

One of the most interesting parts was seeing the production work up close.

Technicians, security, hospitality, staff and organisers worked together to turn the Village into a real space for music and entertainment.

Our task was to try to convey this as well: not only what happens on stage, but all the work and the people that allow the event to exist.

Samurai Jay was the first chapter of this collaboration.
