A new series of events begins in Palermo

A new collaboration that starts from mixology but aims to go much further.

We are happy to start working with Simone Molè and PALCO – Unexpected Cocktails, building together a new series of events dedicated to music, food, cocktails, people and new connections.

A project that comes from the meeting between our experience in event production and the vision of one of the most interesting names in Sicilian mixology.

Simone Molè, from Sicily to the world and back

Originally from Modica, Simone Molè built his career through experience in Italy and abroad, including time at venues such as Freni e Frizioni in Rome and Lyaness in London.

In 2021 he won the Italian final of the Diageo Reserve World Class, then representing Italy in the international competition.

A path of research, cross-influences and experience that in 2025 led him to open in Palermo PALCO – Unexpected Cocktails.

PALCO was born with a precise approach: rethinking how people experience the cocktail bar, bringing together mixology, food, training and experience. Among its distinctive features is also a cocktail-on-tap system, designed to combine speed, standardisation and quality of service.

PALCO as a meeting place

It is precisely this vision that made us imagine something together.

Not simply organising evenings, but building a recognisable programme able to turn PALCO into a meeting point for different communities.

Music, DJ sets, collaborations, food and cocktails become elements of the same story.

At the centre, though, stays Simone's idea: to create a place where the experience does not end in the glass, but involves everything that happens around it.

A new series of events

With TALIA we are therefore starting a path dedicated to designing and producing a series of events able to connect the world of PALCO with creatives, professionals, artists, brands and new generations.

Each event will be a chance to experiment with different languages and cross-influences, keeping one element in common: building experiences where people want to meet and come back.

It is a collaboration we particularly like because it comes from the meeting of two different worlds that are very close in the way they see things.

On one side, the research and international experience of Simone Molè.

On the other, our work on events, communication and community.

In the middle, PALCO.

And a new programme still to be built.
