Clara at Sicilia Outlet Village: music and 4,000 people in Piazza Eventi
Clara closes the live summer at Sicilia Outlet Village
A packed Piazza Eventi, about 4,000 people and Clara as the star of the third big summer event at Sicilia Outlet Village.
After Samurai Jay and Fedez, we continued the media production work with a team of project managers, social media managers, a photographer and a videomaker, following the event from preparation to the end of the live show.
Audience, music and new generations
Clara’s concert brought a young and engaged audience to the Village.
Our storytelling focused on the people: faces, anticipation, emotions, performance, audience and atmosphere, trying to convey through images and video everything that makes a live event unique.
For each concert we also built an activity dedicated to creators and influencers, involving them directly in the events to generate content and amplify the story to new audiences.
In Clara’s case, this meant engaging even more with a young community that is naturally close to social media languages.
A season seen from backstage too
After three events, what remains is also the chance to have seen up close how much work it takes to build events of this size.
From preparing Piazza Eventi to welcoming the artists, from managing the crowd to technical production, every element requires coordination and professionalism.
It was good to see a production at work that could handle three artists, three different audiences and about 12,000 people in total.
For TALIA, Clara’s live show was the end of a first stretch of work made of media production, social, creators, influencers and live storytelling.
But above all a great start to our collaboration with Sicilia Outlet Village.
